Lottie’s Promise to You

Here at Lottie’s, we use five pillars of excellence to establish an outstanding environment and learning experience for every individual child that we welcome through the doors of one of our nurseries. We aim to inspire awe and wonder every day, to treat every individual child as a unique person. We pride ourselves on our respectful techniques and positive family friendly vibe, as well as the strong bonds we create with our families. Here at Lottie’s, we understand each child’s first teachers are you at home and we want to expand on the education you have already started to give each specific child the best start in life.

L – Learning – we offer a wide diverse curriculum specifically tailored to each individual child. Offering a range of learning opportunities and experiences. Including Lottie’s Big Steps, Mindfulness programmes, Eco-schools, School readiness, Chef tots(?), & Risky Play.

E – Environment – our environments are designed to offer a consistent, neutral, home from home learning environment where our children can feel safe and thrive. We use child safe, sustainable resources and equipment to ensure our children are only exposed to the best.

A – Awe & Wonder – Our activities and experiences are created to inspire our children to think outside the box, to encourage innovative minds and push our children to thrive. We want to expand their initial experiences with varied opportunities that expand on their cultural capital.

R – Respect – It was crucial for us here at Lottie’s that our children and families are always treated with the utmost respect and care. The children at all Lottie’s nurseries are encouraged to make decisions and determine their own journey.

N – Nurture – We feel it is a fundamental part in child development to offer a nurturing and caring environment. Where the children and their families feel safe, secure, and cared for always. Our staff form deep emotional connections between them and their key children. Ensuring their attachments allow for their learning to thrive.
